Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and strategic International Business Development Executive to join our team. This position is core to our revenue growth and global market expansion, focusing heavily on B2B sales and expert client relationship management.

You will take full ownership of business development initiatives, managing the sales pipeline from lead generation and prospecting through to deal closing. This role is ideal for a target-driven professional who excels at negotiation and is ready to deliver measurable results in international markets.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and develop new international business opportunities and B2B sales leads. Manage the full sales pipeline, tracking sales metrics and meeting defined KPIs.

Client Engagement & Negotiation: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with overseas customers and partners. Lead sales calls, online meetings, and virtual presentations. Conduct effective negotiation and successfully close deals.

Commercial Execution: Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Ensure all documentation supports a client-first approach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, smooth project execution, and high client satisfaction.

Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and activity logs for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in international sales or B2B sales / business development.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Client Presence: Confident in client-facing conversations and online presentations.

Core Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Mindset: Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of business opportunities and sales outcomes.

Technical: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting is a strong advantage.

Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other sale leads generator tools.

Basic understanding of SAP will be added advantage.
