JOB SUMMARY
CPPI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions, including onboarding support, records management, employee engagement, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in learning about HR functions and employment practices.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to HRIS a plus.
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with maintaining and organizing employee records and documentation.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing HR materials.
Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and route complex matters to HR staff.
Assist with employee engagement efforts (e.g., wellness programs, events).
Help prepare materials for HR initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR team.
