Aspire Software is looking for an Integration Specialist - to join our team in Lebanon.

About the Role
We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join our technology team. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain data integrations between enterprise systems, e-commerce platforms, and external business partners. You’ll work hands-on with Linux environments, Java, and scripting to ensure reliable and secure data flow that powers our customers’ operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Support Integrations
• Configure and manage subscriptions, jobs, and properties in our integration platform.
• Develop and maintain data transformations (CSV, XML, EDI, JSON) and file-based data exchanges.
• Connect internal and external systems using protocols such as HTTP, FTP/SFTP, and AS2.
Automate & Maintain Systems
• Write and maintain Bash scripts and cron jobs to automate tasks and streamline operations.
• Perform routine server maintenance, including SSL renewals, API token refreshes, and file cleanup.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability.
Ensure Quality & Security
• Investigate and resolve integration issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency with Linux system administration.
• Java development experience, ideally with integration frameworks (Apache Camel, Spring, or similar).
• Solid experience with Bash scripting and job scheduling on Linux.
• Knowledge of data exchange formats (XML, JSON, EDI, CSV).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in integration-heavy environments.
Nice To Have:
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or middleware.
• Knowledge of EDI (AS2/OpenAS2) and e-commerce integrations (punchouts, order feeds, inventory updates).
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK, Kibana, Papertrail).
• Experience automating operational tasks and system maintenance.
