Role Overview
We are seeking a technically capable Integration & Automation Developer to support the delivery and maintenance of system integrations and automation workflows across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to an early-career technical professional (1–3 years’ experience) who is comfortable working with APIs, structured logic, and light scripting to enable system connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Integration & Automation (Primary Focus)
Build, configure, and maintain system integrations using middleware or integration platforms
Support API-based integrations between internal and third-party systems
Implement and maintain light automation scripts
Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Implementation teams to understand system workflows and data requirements
Assist in improving reliability and efficiency of system data exchanges
Reporting & Data Support (Secondary Focus)
Support internal reporting and dashboard initiatives
Assist with basic data preparation and validation
Maintain data consistency across connected systems
Core Capabilities
The successful candidate should be able to:
Configure and maintain system integrations using structured logic
Work with APIs and structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
Apply foundational scripting to support automation tasks
Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues methodically
Translate operational requirements into practical, working solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years’ experience in a systems, automation, or integration-focused role
Practical experience working with APIs and structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
Foundational scripting capability (e.g., C#, Python, PowerShell or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Advantageous Experience
Exposure to middleware or integration platforms (e.g., Flowgear or similar)
Experience in multi-system IT environments
Exposure to reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
