Within this framework, we are seeking a highly motivated Integrated Security & Automation Systems Engineer / Technical Project Manager to join our team.
The role focuses on the design, documentation and technical definition of integrated security and surveillance solutions for complex Defense, Security and Critical Infrastructure environments.
The position leverages a strong background in automation, systems engineering and system integration, acting as the technical bridge between hardware, software, networking and delivery teams. During non-design phases, the role may also transition into Project Management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design of integrated security solutions combining sensors, control logic and supervision platforms (PSIM, VMS, C2)
• Development of sensor-driven and event-driven architectures, focusing on interoperability, deterministic behavior and fail-safe / fail-secure operation
• Analysis of normal, degraded and failure modes
• Preparation of technical proposals, architecture diagrams and system documentation
• Technical coordination across software, systems, electrical and network engineering teams
• Support of commissioning and operational handover
• Acting as Project Manager when required
Requirements:
• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
• Experience in system integration and complex technical environments
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines
Certifications (Desirable)
• Systems Engineering (e.g. INCOSE) or equivalent experience
• Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2)
• PSIM / VMS / integrated security systems training
