Intake Specialist
Location: Chihuahua, México
Shift: Availability Monday to Sunday with two continuous days off. Possible days off include Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Sunday, or Sunday-Monday. No rotating shifts; assigned schedule is fixed. Work hours between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm within Mexico time zone.
Job Description:
• Serve as the first point of contact for the firm
• Answer calls professionally and empathetically
• Document and resolve inquiries thoroughly
• Provide excellent client service
• Pay close attention to detail
• Retain and document client and provider information
Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations for potential cases
• Electronically sign up new clients
• Set initial clinic appointments
• Review inquiry calls and emails
• Process and file legal documents
• Meet walk-in clients and communicate with partner firms
• Enter data and document cases
Secondary Duties:
• Collaborate with other departments
• Connect clients with legal teams
• Direct calls from insurance or medical providers appropriately
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience in customer service or call centers (BPO)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
Qualifications:
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and technical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign
• Experience handling office equipment
• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Empathy and sympathy for clients
