About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and highly connected Institutional Business Development Manager to join our team and accelerate the growth of our FX liquidity services. If you understand the FX landscape inside out, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to close with institutional clients, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Identify and onboard institutional clients—brokerages, asset managers, prop firms, hedge funds, and family offices for TopFX liquidity services

Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across global markets

Position and present our liquidity solutions with clarity and commercial intelligence

Handle inbound inquiries and turn interest into action

Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent post-sale support and communication

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy

Report directly to the Commercial Director with regular updates and insights

Who We Are Looking For

Based in Cyprus with at least 2 years of experience in FX (B2B/institutional)

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Proven ability to build trust, close deals, and grow accounts

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills

A self-starter who thrives in autonomy but plays well in a team

University degree in finance, economics, or a related field is a plus
