Inside Sales & Business Development Rep (B2B) – On-site (Ham Lake, MN)
Larson Systems Inc is hiring an Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to drive new and existing business. This is not an order-taking role—you’ll run outreach, follow up on leads, and build pipeline in our CRM while partnering with marketing, engineering, and outside sales.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) into target industries
Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads (web, trade shows, campaigns)
Re-engage past customers and dormant opportunities
Identify upgrade, replacement, and add-on equipment needs
Qualify prospects and move opportunities through the pipeline
Prepare quotes and follow up to keep deals moving
Maintain accurate CRM records (activity, stages, key details)
Requirements
4+ years B2B inside sales / business development / technical sales support
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Strong outbound calling and follow-up skills
Comfortable discussing technical or mechanical products
Organized and able to manage multiple leads/campaigns
Preferred
Industrial equipment or technical product sales experience
Experience calling on manufacturing, quality, or engineering teams
Familiarity with Sales Navigator and email automation tools
Working Conditions
On-site in Ham Lake, MN (not remote)
Primarily phone, email, and CRM-based customer communication
Standard business hours
Occasional trade show or customer visit support
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000–$70,000 base + commission/performance incentive
