CDI – 50K à 58K € – Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine

Le poste

Dans le cadre d’une mission stratégique au sein d’un grand acteur du secteur de l’énergie, vous intervenez au cœur d’infrastructures critiques.

Vous jouez un rôle clé à la croisée du maintien en condition opérationnelle, de l’automatisation et de la transformation cloud.

Votre objectif : garantir des environnements fiables, sécurisés et évolutifs, tout en accompagnant leur modernisation vers Microsoft Azure.

Vos missions

Run & Exploitation

• Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des environnements Windows

• Gérer les incidents de niveau 2/3 et les demandes via les outils ITSM

• Superviser les infrastructures et anticiper les anomalies

• Réaliser les opérations de maintenance (patching, mises à jour, hardening)

Cloud & Modernisation

• Participer à l’évolution vers des architectures hybrides (on-premise / Azure)

• Administrer les services Azure (machines virtuelles, réseau, identité, sécurité)

• Contribuer à la gouvernance et à la sécurisation des environnements cloud

Automatisation & Industrialisation

• Développer des scripts PowerShell pour automatiser les tâches récurrentes

• Améliorer les processus d’exploitation et de déploiement

• Participer à l’industrialisation des environnements

Projets & Amélioration continue

• Déployer et configurer de nouveaux environnements (VMware, Azure)

• Participer aux projets d’infrastructure et aux migrations

• Documenter, proposer et mettre en œuvre des optimisations techniques

Environnement technique

• Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025)

• Active Directory, GPO, Entra ID

• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online

• Microsoft Azure (VM, VNet, RBAC, sécurité)

• Virtualisation : VMware

• Outils ITSM et de supervision

• Scripting : PowerShell (indispensable)

Profil recherché

• 4 à 5 ans d’expérience en environnements systèmes Microsoft

• Bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows et Active Directory

• Expérience sur Azure ou forte appétence pour le cloud

• Solides compétences en scripting PowerShell

• À l’aise en gestion d’incidents et en environnements critiques
