Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance data quality and standardization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance monitoring.
• Support automation initiatives and AI-driven processes for data research and validation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, including securities, instruments, and market operations.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and data visualization tools
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on automation and integration projects.
