Role: - Incident Manager (Project Manager)
Job Description
• Level2 Production support for Investment banking IT applications.
• Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Incident management (Resolving incidents and requests after carrying out detailed investigations).
• Shift Management, Problem Management, Resource management.
• A Project manager holds an end to end responsibility on the suite of applications and its components
• Working with development and other infra teams as appropriate to address IT specific issues.
• Working with problem management team on root cause analysis and addressing recurring issues and demand.
• Active participation in planning and implementation of releases, special projects, BCM events and in continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Automation expertise to achieve Productivity benefits.
• Proven capability on Team Leading experience is mandatory.
• Experience in working with banking industry particularly in Investment banking would be a plus.
Job requirements: Experience/Educational qualification/Competencies
• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or in Information Technology(preferred) and having at least 8-12 years of relevant IT experience in production support, Particularly in Incident, Problem, Team management, proven ability to manage Up and Across.
