Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned  SAP S4HANA Finance Support Consultant 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day-to-day operations primarily in SAP FICO applications through addressing incidents and Customer escalations 

• Business process and gap analysis 

• Liaising with stakeholders from engineering and other teams 

• Quality Assurance & Documentation 

• Open and flexible for learning new skills as needed 

• Knowledge in Incident management and closing of incidents with proper resolution steps 

• Come up with new automation ideas, RCA Fixes, innovations to reduce the toil and improve system and business processes 

• Understanding SLAs and fix the issue with good customer experience 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 SAP S4HANA Finance 

Preferred skill sets: 

• . At least 5-7 years of IT experience in SAP FICO, S4Hana Finance, TRM, FSCM & RAR modules 

• At least 2 years of domain experience in accounting 

• In-depth knowledge and Hands-on expertise in configuring FICO/S4Hana Finance modules. 

• Should have worked on FICO/S4Hana Finance sub modules like accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounting, general ledger accounting, asset management, CCA, PCA, Integration with non fi modules. 

• Good understanding of the integration with MM, SD modules. 

• Good understanding of EDI/IDocs, process codes, BP profiles, etc  

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on on FSCM modules like Credit, Collection & Dispute Management and TRM 

• Exposure to RAR and capable of handling RAR issues 

• Experienced in writing detailed functional specifications, prepare test scenarios, write test scripts and perform end-to-end testing. 

• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.  

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support projects 

• Accounting background is must and good process knowledge is highly preferred.
