Responsibilities: · · 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML model development with at least 1–3 years working specifically in Generative AI or Agentic AI. · · Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or similar open-source and enterprise-grade models. · · Proficiency with ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, RAG frameworks, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex. · · Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Databricks GenAI environment. · · Strong understanding of NLP, reinforcement learning, multimodal pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques. · · Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, deployment pipelines, security controls, and monitoring of AI systems in production. · · Certifications in AI/ML, cloud AI platforms, or Responsible AI frameworks are an advantage. · · Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in collaborative environments.
