Responsibilities:

Experience – 12+ Years Job Description · Lead modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native, microservices-based architectures · Architect scalable full stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React · Drive transformation programs across FS, Insurance, and Retail sectors · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders · Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and performance benchmarks · Conduct technical workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder alignment sessions · Mentor engineering teams and contribute to practice development Ways to Stand Out · Thought leadership in app modernization and cloud-native architecture · Ability to simplify complex technical constructions for business users · Experience driving transformation across FS, Insurance, and Retail sectors · Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset · Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tight delivery timelines.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React · Proven track record in application modernization and cloud migration · Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) · Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) · Ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage transformation roadmaps · Familiarity with domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and security best practices

Preferred skill sets:

· Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud platforms · Experience with enterprise architecture, API gateways, and observability tools · Exposure to Agile/DevOps delivery models and digital transformation programs · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills · Experience in proposal development, team scaling, and practice building

Years of experience required:

12+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years in full stack development and transformation leadership

BE, B.Tech, ME, M,Tech, MBA, MCA (60% above)
