As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

· Test planning and case management: Create, execute, and maintain test plans and detailed test cases, including positive, negative, and regression scenarios.

· Testing execution: Perform various types of testing, such as functional, data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Defect management: Document, track, and report defects found during testing and work with developers to resolve them.

· Automation testing: Write and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium or Microsoft CRM libraries.

· Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and user story mapping.

· Documentation: Draft testing-related documentation, prepare ad-hoc reports, and maintain test evidence according to QA standards.

· Required skills and experience

· Microsoft Dynamics 365: Must have proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ideally with customizations, extensions, and integrations.

· Testing methodologies: Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

· Test automation: Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium or using Microsoft CRM libraries.

· Tools: Proficiency with test case management and defect tracking systems, such as Azure DevOps.

· Technical skills: Familiarity with SQL, FetchXML, and data schemas is often required.

· General skills: Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also a plus.
