We’re looking for a skilled Hyperautomation Specialist (OutSystems) to join our Hyperautomation team and accelerate our low‑code transformation. In this hands‑on role, you’ll combine technical expertise with business insight to design, build, and deliver OutSystems‑based applications and automation solutions that make a measurable difference.

About the Role
You will join an enthusiastic team of technology experts, using OutSystems, low‑code, integrations, and automation tooling to transform business requirements into innovative IT solutions.
Working closely with stakeholders and our solution architects, you will translate challenges into OutSystems use cases, develop robust applications, and integrate them seamlessly into our existing system landscape.
This role is hands‑on — you’ll be building, testing, documenting, and deploying OutSystems and automation solutions, while also guiding best practices and adoption across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Analyze & Ideate: Identify and evaluate automation and low‑code opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
Design & Develop: Build OutSystems applications and automation components, from proof of concept to production‑ready solutions.
Low‑Code Expertise: Apply OutSystems best practices, architecture patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
Integrate Systems: Connect OutSystems apps with APIs, databases, and business platforms such as SAP, PLM, and SharePoint.
Drive Awareness: Deliver demos, showcases, and workshops to engage stakeholders and promote low‑code adoption.
Collaborate & Support: Work with business analysts, developers, and automation architects to ensure successful delivery and support of solutions.
Continuously Improve: Monitor performance, optimize applications, and update solutions as business needs evolve.
️ What You Bring
Experience developing OutSystems applications or similar low‑code solutions.
Strong understanding of low‑code architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
Skills in .NET, SQL, or JavaScript are a plus.
Understanding of API development and integration (REST, SOAP, OAuth).
Familiarity with tools such as Azure, Workato, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar automation platforms.
Strong English communication skills for working with international teams.
Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
OutSystems certifications (Reactive, Traditional Web, Mobile, Architecture).
Experience with automation cost‑benefit analysis and ROI measurement.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Understanding of process mining or task mining.
Experience with DevOps pipelines for low‑code platforms.
