Job Description
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for supporting Citadel/Opla human resources initiatives and daily operations. This role serves as a support resource for recruitment, onboarding, employee support, HR data management, and special projects while also providing backup support for crew scheduling and flight coordination. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources department.
2. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Prepare HR documentation including employment letters, onboarding packages, policy acknowledgements, and internal communications.
4. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and company information.
5. Assist with Coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, pre-employment screening, and communication with applicants.
6. Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation scheduling, documentation collection, system setup coordination, and policy reviews.
7. Support employee offboarding processes and maintain accurate employment records.
8. Compile, analyze, and maintain HR metrics and workforce data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
9. Prepare reports related to staffing, recruitment, turnover and other HR functions.
10. Participate in HR initiatives, programs, and special projects aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
11. Provide backup support for crew scheduling and flight coordination as required

Educational Requirements
Preferred post-secondary education in human resource management or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
Minimum of one (1) year experience working in human resources, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Competencies
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Excellent organizational, analytical and time-management skills.
· Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR information systems.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
