Position: HubSpot & Web Design Specialist (Full-Time)
We are seeking a client-facing HubSpot & Web Design Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. HubSpot expertise is at the core of this role — we’re looking for someone who knows the platform deeply and can leverage it strategically for clients from day one.
This position requires ongoing interaction with clients, so strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills are essential. While the role is closely connected to web design and development initiatives, hands-on website design experience is not mandatory. We welcome candidates with strong experience managing web design and/or web development projects, even if they have not personally designed websites.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary HubSpot expert for clients, implementing and optimizing solutions across marketing, sales, and service hubs
• Manage and execute HubSpot onboarding, automation workflows, CRM configurations, and campaign setups
• Lead or support web design and web development projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, strategy) to deliver integrated digital solutions
• Act as a client-facing point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing strategic guidance
• Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution
• Maintain a strong design sensibility to ensure web and digital assets meet modern UX/UI standards
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve client performance through automation, optimization, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Minimum 3 years of web design experience (plus NOT a must) or proven experience project managing web design/development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices.
• A strong eye for design and user experience.
• Proven ability to manage, nurture, and grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A true team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
