We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “run Workday” - but improves it. If you enjoy simplifying complex setups, building dashboards people actually use, and removing manual effort through smart automation, this role will give you space to do exactly that.

• HCM configuration (Security, Business Processes)

• High-quality reporting for HRBPs and Finance

• Cleaner, more scalable Workday setup

• Automation and AI-driven efficiency

💻 What you’ll do

Own Workday Dashboards & Reporting

• Build and own a central HRBP dashboard (Attrition, Headcount, FTE, Performance, Tenure)

• Partner with People Analytics to validate data and ensure reporting integrity

• Deliver reporting that business stakeholders actually trust and use

Own HCM Functional Setup

• Improve Workday Security structure (less roles, more clarity)

• Optimize Business Process Framework

• Review lifecycle processes (onboarding → termination)

• Reduce workflow “noise” and unnecessary steps

Translate Business into Functional Solutions

• Gather requirements from HRBPs

• Turn them into clear Workday configurations

• Drive adoption of changes

Automate & Improve

• Spot redundant manual effort and remove it

• Use AI tools in your daily workflow (data validation, formula creation, documentation)

• Contribute to connecting Workday with other tools and automation solutions

This is a hands-on technical role with ownership - not just ticket resolution.

🙌 What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience

• Strong Workday HCM knowledge (Security + Business Processes)

• Advanced Reporting experience (Composite, Matrix/Metrics)

• Proven experience building dashboards in Workday

• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills

• Self-driven mindset - you learn by doing

• Ability to explain technical changes to non-technical stakeholders

• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Compensation or Performance module configuration

• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate)

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
