【 About the role 】

Join Tomofun on our mission to bring joy and innovation to every pet lover in the world! As a pioneer in pet tech, we seek a strategic HR partner and fellow pet lover to manage the full talent funnel with a focus on our highly critical roles, including but not limited to technical (R&D) and digital marketing functions.

You’ll leverage AI, automation, and data-driven analysis to streamline all recruitment and employer branding bottlenecks, ensuring we attract world-class talent who are also aligned with our pet-loving culture. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to line managers, guiding them on foundational HR best practices and policies to drive organizational impact.

【 What you'll do 】

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for highly critical technical (R&D) and digital marketing roles, ensuring a pipeline of world-class candidates.

• Identify bottlenecks and critical points in the talent acquisition process and leverage AI tools and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate management, achieving measurable efficiency growth.

• Drive strategic sourcing and attraction efforts across various online/offline channels, continuously exploring new approaches to engage passive talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure a streamlined, efficient hiring process.

2. Employer Branding

• Design and execute a comprehensive full-channel (online and offline) Employer Branding Strategy that authentically communicates Tomofun's culture, mission, and career value proposition to target talent pools.

• Implement automation in employer branding efforts, such as content distribution, social media scheduling, and candidate lead nurturing, to maximize reach and engagement with minimal manual effort.

• Cultivate a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding journey.

3. Talent & Organizational Impact (HRBP)

• Analyze key HR and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, automation ROI) to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.

• Guide and advise line managers on foundational HR policies, processes, and best practices, leveraging any prior HRBP knowledge or desire to grow in this area.

【Who you are】

• Minimum of 4-7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to recruitment.

• A minimum of 2 years of technical recruitment experience within the high-tech/software industry, specifically recruiting R&D (Engineering) and/or Digital Marketing talent.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing full-channel employer branding strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing process automation and leveraging tools to enhance recruitment and/or marketing efficiency.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in an HRBP role or demonstrated knowledge/interest in exploring the HRBP function.

• Flexible, proactive, and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
