Job Description
About the role:
Our People & Talent team is looking for a HR Systems & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d) who can build on a solid foundation and help take our HR systems to the next level.
This is a hands-on builder role. Together with our functional teams in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering you will configure, test, deploy, and stabilise solutions yourself; not coordinate vendors or produce slide decks.
Success is measured by system quality, automation, reliability, and clean architecture. The guiding principle? Simple, lean, robust, and scalable.
Your Responsibilities:
HR Systems Architecture & Automation
• Act as SME for Workday (HCM Core, Time, Absence, Talent Optimisation and Advanced Compensation) and its integrations, advising stakeholders on capabilities and best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose system design
• Ensure documentation, sustainability, and maintainability of system changes
Reporting & Data Insights
• Build custom reports and calculated fields
• Develop dashboards that support leadership decision-making
• Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable data insights
Integrations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Manage and optimize (future) integrations with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other third-party vendors
• Ensure clean data flow and alignment across the HR technology stack
• Collaborate closely with HR Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Finance
Multi-Entity & Multi-Country Expansion
• Support and drive Workday expansions into new entities and countries
• Ensure local compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness
• Balance global standardization with local requirements
Essential Skills:
• Multiple years of HRIS experience with strong hands-on Workday configuration in Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence and Reporting, ideally incl. relevant pro certifications
• Experience implementing automation and process improvements
• Ability to translate business needs into structured system design
• Strong English communication skills
Beneficial Skills:
• Exposure to Workday Talent Optimisation / Performance and Advanced Compensation and familiarity with Greenhouse, potentially incl. relevant pro certifications
• Experience implementing multi-country HR systems
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
• Bachelor or master degree in human resources, I&O Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
What we offer:
• End-to-end accountability: You see work through from requirements and configuration to go-live, adoption, and continuous optimization
• Technical mastery over politics: Success is measured by system quality, automation, and reliability, not slide decks or stakeholder theatre
• Skill compounding: Continuous exposure to advanced Workday use cases, integrations, and automation that materially increase your market value
• Focused environment: Lean HR tech setup with minimal over-customization, allowing you to build clean, maintainable solutions
• Real system complexity: Multi-entity and multi-country expansions with compliance, data integrity, and integration challenges that require judgment, not templates
