Your tasks:
Strategic Alignment & GTM Planning
• Partnering with CRO and CFO to set quotas, define territories, and build the capacity model.
• Mapping the entire customer journey to ensure seamless flow from Marketing to Sales, or from Sales to Customer Success.
• Designing incentive plans that drive the right behaviors
Data, Insights & Forecasting
• Building and maintaining a predictable revenue forecast.
• Monitoring core SaaS metrics
• Preparing the data visualizations and reports for the CRO and Executive Leadership team
Process Optimization
• Overseeing the "Deal Desk" to streamline complex contract approvals and pricing exceptions.
• Ensuring the CRM (Salesforce) Hygiene and constant development to support FTAPIs Pipeline Generation and Sales Execution and Customer Success.
Technology Stack Management
• You take ownership of the Sales Tech Stack, ensure that our tools are integrated and driving ROI
• Automation: Building workflows that automate manual tasks
• AI: Leverage AI to increase efficiency
Team Leadership
• Managing a team of 5 FTEs incl.1 Data Analyst, 2 Sales Operations Manager, 1 Salesforce Admin and 1 Salesforce Support Manager
Your profile:
Generalist profile that covers the operation rigor of a finance person, the technical mindset of an IT person and the commercial empathy of a Sales Leader.
Professional Background & Experience
• SaaS Tenure: 7–10+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3–5 years specifically in a B2B SaaS environment. Understanding of the recurring revenue dynamics (ARR, renewals, and expansion).
• Scale Experience: Scaling experience from 10M to 50M ARR.
• Functional Breadth: Experience supporting Sales, Marketing and Customer Success (Sales Ops vs. Rev Ops).
Technical Skills & Tooling
• CRM Mastery: Certified Salesforce, HubSpot etc. knowledge.
• Data Stack: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and data enrichment (ZoomInfo, Clay, or Apollo).
• Revenue Intelligence: Experience with platforms like Gong, Clari, or Outreach to manage forecasting and coaching.
• Financial Literacy: Strong grasp of Excel/Google Sheets for modeling commissions, quotas, and territory plans.
