About Us:
STARK Defence is a fast-scaling European defence-tech company building advanced autonomous systems. We design, manufacture, and deploy next-generation UAVs, loitering munitions, and counter-UAS platforms for NATO-aligned forces. Precision, velocity, and compliance drive everything we build.

Your mission:
We’re seeking a Head of Production to establish and lead full-scale manufacturing operations at our Munich facility. You’ll own the entire production ecosystem - from process design to team build-up - ensuring our systems move from prototype to serial production with aerospace-grade quality and military-grade reliability.

Responsibilities:
• Build and scale production capability for mechanical, electrical, and composite assemblies.

• Lead production teams through ramp-up and operational maturity.

• Design and enforce lean workflows, safety standards, and documentation discipline.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Supply Chain, and Quality to eliminate bottlenecks.

• Ensure EASA Part 21G-compliant manufacturing and traceability of all flight-critical components.

• Drive automation and data-driven decision-making across the shop floor.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years in aerospace, defence, automotive or high-precision manufacturing leadership.

• Proven experience establishing production from zero to serial delivery.

• Strong understanding of quality management (AS9100, ISO 9001, EASA Part 21).

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

• Fluent English required; German a plus.
