Head of Pre-match & Planning - Esports Trading (m/f/x)

• Do you take pride in building and owning pre-match pricing from the ground up and deciding which tournaments or events to cover for Tier 1 clients?

• Can you define and implement structured pre-match processes that ensure consistency and reduce errors?

The Head of Pre-match & Planning will lead the pre-match esports trading function, with a primary focus on odds compilation and ensuring the right events are covered.

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for delivering consistent pre-match pricing across key esports titles while managing coverage priorities and trading readiness.

You will own the full pre-match cycle — from tournament scheduling and resource planning through to market creation, pricing accuracy, and margin delivery. You will work closely with the VP of Trading and the Analytics team to shape how we build and scale our pre-match offering.
