Your role at Hostinger

As Head of Hosting, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth and success of Hostinger’s core Web Hosting product. You’ll lead the hosting product strategy, manage and mentor Product Managers, and ensure a clear, goal-aligned roadmap. In this role, you’ll use data and customer insights to improve product performance, stay ahead of market trends, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality updates at scale.

Your day-to-day:
• Lead, represent, and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap to all stakeholders. Make sure that product strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals.
• Act as the CEO of a product within the company and own the P&L.
• Scope and prioritize product activities based on business needs, customer impact and industry trends.
• Act as the customer advocate by articulating the user’s needs.
• Work closely with the marketing, customer success and other teams to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Take leadership, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring your team members.

Your skills and experience:
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, financial comprehension, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of ownership toward the product you are working on.
• Have a strong track record of driving business growth of a B2C SaaS product through product innovation and customer-centricity.
• Have great product instincts. You just know what makes a great product.
• Have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in hiring, shaping and leading a team of highly skilled professionals and managers.
• Have proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Have a technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Compensation:
• Gross salary from 7000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills
