About the role

Flux is building the future of hardware design and scaling at a pace never before seen in the hardware space. We’re looking for a Head of Business Operations to help build the operational backbone of a hypergrowth company.

This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role for an MBA-type operator who wants real responsibility early and thrives in fast-moving environments.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day business operations across finance, hiring, vendors, and internal systems

• Build lightweight models for forecasting, budgeting, and KPIs

• Drive cross-functional projects end to end and unblock teams quickly

• Operate AI-first, leveraging AI tools and automation to scale how the business runs

What we’re looking for

• MBA or equivalent analytical background

• Scrappy, execution-focused mindset with high ownership

• Strong judgment and comfort operating with ambiguity

• Ability to move fast and get things done without heavy process
