The GTM Engineer operates at the intersection of revenue, AI, content, and automation. This role focuses on building repeatable, scalable go-to-market systems by transforming market signals, intent data, and insights into always-on GTM workflows—moving beyond one-off campaigns to durable growth engines.
You will design and implement AI-powered GTM workflows that make outreach, content, and communication more relevant, timely, and efficient across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and scale AI-driven GTM workflows across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
• Create, manage, and optimize AI agents for prospect research, signal detection, content assistance, and outreach.
• Develop workflows to identify high-impact topics using market signals, intent data, and ICP behavior.
• Use AI to generate foundational content aligned with buying signals and business context.
• Automate content scheduling, social publishing, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Run and continuously optimize always-on GTM and social campaigns driven by real-time signals.
• Identify buying intent, trigger events, and demand signals across target accounts and industries.
• Automate prospecting, enrichment, qualification, and follow-ups using AI-first and no-code/low-code tools.
• Partner with leadership to rapidly experiment, iterate, and scale new GTM plays.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to incorporate feedback and sharpen GTM workflows over time.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, and automation platforms.
• Strong ability to think end-to-end about GTM systems and workflows.
• Deep understanding of signals, intent data, and content-led GTM strategies.
• Comfort working with data, experimentation, and rapid iteration cycles.
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS go-to-market motions.
