Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead a team of sales representatives and drive performance through coaching, accountability, and execution.
This role is focused on managing people and results—not individual sales. The right candidate will have a strong track record of leading sales teams, improving performance, and operating in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives
Drive team performance against revenue and activity targets
Develop and implement coaching and accountability frameworks
Monitor pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs
Support team members in improving close rates and execution
Work cross-functionally to support overall business development strategy
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing a sales team
Experience leading B2B sales teams
Proven ability to improve team performance through coaching and leadership
Strong communication, accountability, and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Candidates with automotive industry experience are considered an asset but not required.
Compensation
First-Year Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 (base + commission)
Mileage reimbursement and/or car allowance
