Role Summary:
As a Travel Assistance Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Health & Travel Assistance, you will be required to assist travelers/ex patriots, focusing exclusively on the coordination of travel related support services, in line with travel insurance companies - for their travel and living abroad requirements. You will manage cases involving medical, technical, general and emergency assistance for insured travelers ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution.

Contract type: Temporary Contract (9 months)

Role Responsibilities:
Providing high quality customer assistance
Provide travel assistance services to travelers and expatriates
Who You Are:
English & French Language very good knowledge is an asset
Excellent knowledge of PC applications / Word, Excel, Internet, Power point
Efficient problem solver
Always act with integrity and professionalism
Any other foreign language is an asset
Previous experience in assistance services is an asset
Degree educated or equivalent preferable but not essential
