We’re looking for a technically skilled and solutions-driven graduates looking to secure a career as a Graduate Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our expanding Engineering team in Marousi, Greece. What we are looking for…

We’re seeking strong technically able graduates, with a strong interest in platform operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering. You’ll be mentored and trained to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure solutions that power services for some of the world’s most vital organisations.

Location…

This role is based in Marousi, Greece.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Infrastructure & Automation:

Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions using automation and infrastructure-as-code.

Continuously improve platform reliability and streamline operational workflows through automation and tooling.

Security & Observability:

Conduct daily monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.

Develop and maintain proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

Contribute to both offensive and defensive security strategies, including threat simulations and incident playbooks.

Operational Excellence:

Provide 2nd line support for complex infrastructure issues, working alongside 1st and 3rd line teams to ensure fast and effective resolutions.

Coordinate seamless, zero-downtime deployments in collaboration with Development teams.

Innovation & Collaboration:

Work alongside technology stream leads to delivery cutting edge infrastructure technologies and best practices.

Participate in regular research, proof-of-concept and implementation projects to evolve the platform.

Champion a culture of collaboration, agility and continuous improvement.

About you…

Fluent in English as you will be liaising with UK teams daily both written and spoken

Have completed your military service

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

Good general understanding of IT technologies with some level of experience using Windows or Linux

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.

Comfortable with overnight and weekend work (scheduled rotational basis).

Scripting and automation skills, preferably using Powershell or Python, but other languages welcome
