Golf Cart Shop Technician
Location: Clinton, CT (position is onsite 5 days a week)

Position Summary
C2 Vehicles, New England’s leading golf cart and utility vehicle distributor, is looking for a skilled Golf Cart Shop Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll repair, diagnose, and recondition pre-owned golf cars and utility vehicles, helping ensure every unit meets our quality and safety standards.
This position is based out of our Clinton, CT shop and plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Perform repairs and maintenance on electric, gas, and diesel-powered golf cars and utility vehicles
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
Recondition pre-owned vehicles for resale to meet company standards
Install custom accessories and upgrades, including:
LED lighting
Stereo systems
Lift kits
Bodies, seating, and passenger configurations
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in automotive, forklift, or a related service industry
Strong electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with electric vehicles or forklifts preferred
Ability to diagnose and repair gasoline engines
Comfortable reading wiring schematics and technical documentation
Own a basic set of mechanic tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 - $32.00 Per hour. Exact rate is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
