Position Summary:
Do you love working with your hands and hitting the road? C2 Vehicles, New England’s top golf car distributor, is looking for a Field Service Technician to keep golf carts and utility vehicles running smoothly—all while visiting customers at their locations. You’ll fix, maintain, and install on the go, building relationships while getting the job done.
What You’ll Do:
As our Field Service Technician, you’ll be dispatched from your home to service customers around South Shore, MA. Your day-to-day will include:
Traveling to customer sites to perform repairs and maintenance
Servicing electric, gasoline, and diesel-powered golf cars and utility vehicles
Diagnosing electrical issues and performing repairs
Completing work orders and documenting repairs on tablets
Installing accessories on new equipment
Preparing estimates and ordering parts
Engaging with customers to explain repairs and build relationships
Delivering new and used vehicles
Maintaining the right inventory and inventory levels on service truck/ van
What We’re Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in automotive, forklift, motorcycle or related service industry.
Experience with electrical vehicles or forklifts preferred.
Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and trouble shooting.
Ability to read and understand wiring schematics.
Able to fully understand and troubleshoot gasoline engines.
Must have a set of applicable mechanic’s tools.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
A High School diploma at minimum.
Ability to lift up to 90 pounds.
Mobile or on-site service experience preferred

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $26.00 - $35.00 Per hour. Exact rate is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
