Overview:
We are currently looking for a Global Talent Account Manager to join our team, this person will be the single point of ownership for client-facing outstaffed talent accounts. This role sits at the intersection of client management, recruitment delivery, budgeting, and internal coordination, ensuring that Global Talent teams are built, grown, and managed efficiently in line with client needs and commercial parameters.
The role acts as the focal point between clients and internal teams (Recruitment, HR, Operations, Finance, Channel/Delivery Managers), owning all talent-related changes, requests, and communication flow.

Responsibilities:
Account & Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all Global Talent (outstaffed / in-housing / secondment / contractors) matters for clients
Translate client needs into clear internal briefs and priorities
Maintain a holistic view of each client’s team structure, scope, and evolution
Talent & Recruitment Coordination
Own and manage all new hire briefs, replacements, and role changes
Coordinate recruitment process end-to-end with the Recruitment team
Support the Recruitment team as needed throughout the hiring process
Ensure clarity on role requirements, timelines, and expectations
Track hiring progress and proactively manage risks or delays
Coordinate all team enablement needs in collaboration with internal teams, including: laptops and work equipment; system access, drives, and tools; software licences and subscriptions
Ensure teams are fully operational and ready to start in line with client expectations
Budget & Commercial Oversight
Manage headcount changes, budget updates, rate changes, and forecasts
Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on budgets, approvals, and invoicing implications
Flag risks, variances, and upcoming changes early
Internal Stakeholder Management
Serve as the central coordination point across Recruitment, HR, Operations, Vendor Management, and Channel/Delivery teams
Ensure consistent, accurate information flow across all stakeholders
Reduce fragmentation by consolidating communication and ownership
Reporting
Take a leading role in the automation of dashboards and reporting, working with relevant teams to improve data accuracy, transparency, and scalability of Global Talent reporting
Maintain up-to-date visibility on:
Team composition
Open roles
Hiring progress
Budget status
Provide clear status updates internally and to clients as required
Qualifications:
We are open to candidates from one of the following profiles:
Global Talent Account Manager
Recruiter or Talent Partner with account, project, or delivery management experience
Recruiter from the creative, localisation, marketing, or agency environment
Account Manager / Client Manager from the creative, localisation, or IT outstaffing industry with strong exposure to recruitment
Skills & Competencies
5+ years of experience in the roles mentioned above
Experience managing clients and stakeholders in a professional environment
Solid understanding of recruitment and resourcing processes
Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and headcount planning
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
Clear communicator able to translate between client language and internal delivery reality
Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, global environment
Advanced English proficiency is required
Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
