The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Global Operations Associate to join Flexport’s Europe BQI (Booking, Quoting, and Invoicing) team. This role is key to improving shipment and client-level financial performance while shaping the future of logistics. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where process improvement, standardization, and automation are at the core.

What You’ll Do

• Improve accuracy and timeliness of quoting, invoicing, and revenue management.

• Identify automation opportunities and leverage low-code tools to streamline workflows.

• Partner with Product teams on updates and feature rollouts.

• Own reporting and drive performance across financial and operational KPIs.

• Conduct audits, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives.

• Support client escalations and ensure financial health.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

What You’ll Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

• Interest in process automation, low-code tools, and continuous improvement.
