📌 The Global Digital Communications Manager Role 📌

As a Global Digital Communications Manager, you will lead our global marketing communications. You will own digital campaigns, social media, paid media, automation, content creation, and analytics, while managing a junior Social Media Manager.

This is a chance to shape DentalMonitoring’s global brand presence and work in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Define and execute global communications and digital strategies

Lead social media, paid media, email campaigns, automated lead nurturing campaigns and reporting using analytics and automation tools

Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content in English, using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Manage, mentor, and support a junior Social Media Manager

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to ensure cohesive global campaigns

Maintain brand consistency and quality control across all communications

⭐ You will be successful in this role if ⭐

You have 5+ years experience in marketing, communications, or digital communications, ideally with international/global exposure.

You are fluent in English (mandatory) — with a proven ability to write, edit, and craft high-quality communications

You have expertise in social media strategy, paid media, digital campaigns, marketing automation, and analytics

You have strong editing, content creation, and visual design skills using Canva & Adobe

You have a working knowledge of marketing automation software suites (Hubspot, Pardot, etc.)

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

It would be fantastic if

You have experience in a startup or scale-up environment

You have a Master's degree and team management experience

You have worked in MedTech or SaaS companies
