Joining Accor means actively contributing to defining, structuring, and supporting the transformation of an international group, in direct connection with operational teams around the world.

To support the Global Comms Network Management team in coordinating corporate communication projects and advancing priorities across the Group's divisions brands and regions. Additionally, assist with projects dedicated and led by the Corporate Communications team:

Assist on projects dedicated to the corporate communication team:

• Support the weekly newsletter distributed to all communication experts within Accor.
• Assist with the deployment and usage of ASANA (project management tool)
• Support AI development in the Corporate Communication team while managing the role of AI Champion.
• Assist the team on the Trend & Insights report writing & editing
• Support on additional projects as required
• Support the coordination of corporate communication projects:

 a. Premium, Midscale & Economy brands

• In collaboration with the communication manager, contribute to the creation of various communication materials
• Project support as required

  b. Luxury & Lifestyle brands

• Assist with trend monitoring and storage
• Support on tradeshow planning and coordination
• Copywriting and project support as required

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, including writing and presenting

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools
• Experience with content creation (writing, editing, design)
• Basic understanding of corporate communication strategies
• Master the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint presentation
• Proficient in the use of new technology – i.e. AI tools
• Fluent French & English
