• Management of government incentives Related to Investments in OS and R&D with Suppliers
• Consulting suppliers to initiate the incentives project
• Analysis and calculation of the tooling investment and the subsidies related
• Coordination and collaboration with the different stakeholders (purchasing/accounting and treasury/ suppliers/government)
• Analyze supplier documents (Contracts, invoices, nomenclatures, etc.).
• Elaborate a summary by supplier/commodity regarding production volumes and delivery sites
• Preparing tooling reimbursement files based on the summary.
• Ensure the submission of the files within the deadlines and monitor their follow up.
• Prepare and submit one prior request (summarize the key information regarding the investment) each week,
• Prepare and submit one disbursement request (detail the requested amount, and the investment payment proofs.) each week
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English and French
• Good knowledge of the automotive industry
• Project management
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive sector
