We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a key member of our AI division, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

• Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services
• Conduct research on the latest advancements in generative AI and propose new applications
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and processes
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in AI development
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on generative AI techniques
• Analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights to improve AI models
• Address ethical considerations and ensure responsible AI development practices

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on generative models
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Extensive experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
• Demonstrated expertise in working with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT)
• In-depth knowledge of deep learning architectures and their applications
• Proven track record of implementing and deploying generative AI models in production environments
• Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development and commitment to responsible AI practices
