About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful General Virtual Assistant to offload a mix of admin and basic bookkeeping (email, payroll, supplier comms, invoice processing) to free up time and streamline business operations

Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails and communicate with suppliers (calls, emails, chase-ups)
Download invoices, handle queries, send tasks to accountants
Assist with payroll, timesheet entries, expense filing, and light data entry

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.
Comfortable working remotely and following established processes.

Software Proficiency:
Email
Supplier portals (for downloading invoices)

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
