General Laborer

We are looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to support restoration and construction projects in the Scranton, PA area, with opportunities in Allentown as well. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training, steady overtime, and a clear path for growth into leadership roles. The position is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in construction and restoration. This role involves physical work, team collaboration, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restoration and construction projects including demolition, cleanup, and site preparation
• Support crews with basic construction tasks and material handling
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads on daily tasks
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends as needed
• Work extended hours and overtime based on project demands
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress
• Learn restoration and construction processes with the goal of advancing within the company

Requirements:
• No prior experience required; construction or restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Interest in long-term career growth within construction or restoration

Benefits:
