About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models and applications, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Python programming, and cloud-based infrastructure.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that leverage generative AI capabilities for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral).
• Build scalable and efficient pipelines for training and deploying GenAI models.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define use cases and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Optimize model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.
• Maintain and improve existing GenAI systems and tools.
• Document processes, model architectures, and deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Python for AI/ML development, including libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI models into applications.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

• Exposure to Cloud Engineering and deployment on platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
