ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI Engineer & Cloud-Native Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-native applications with a focus on Generative AI and Machine Learning. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop cutting-edge AI solutions, modernize applications, and ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI models. You will be involved in technical consulting, complex distributed system development, and cross-functional collaboration with both national and international teams. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop cloud-native applications with a focus on Generative AI and Machine Learning.

• Build and deploy AI models using cloud-based services on Azure.

• Modernize legacy applications, ensuring they are cloud-optimized and AI-integrated.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security best practices for AI-driven applications.

• Develop and optimize distributed systems and ML pipelines for large-scale data processing.

• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to define AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure robust security, compliance, and governance in AI deployments.

• Work in cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and driving AI adoption.

• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps advancements.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Practical experience working with cloud platforms (Azure).

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph and Llamaindex.

• Development of Advanced RAG systems.

• Development of MCP / A2A protocol.

• Evaluation, observability and tracing of LLM apps.

• Preferred experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security tools, such as: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow, Prometheus, Grafana, and NeuVector.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

• Understanding of AI model deployment and lifecycle management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in multicultural, international teams and collaborate effectively in distributed environments.

• Fluent in English.

Preferred Certifications:

• Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate

• Certified Kubernetes Developer, NVIDIA-Certified Associate

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
