Job Summary
We are seeking an FX Processes & Controls Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of robust processes and internal controls across all FX activities. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency of FX accounting and reporting in a high‑volume trading environment. You will oversee FX result reporting, optimize internal FX flows, mitigate operational and financial risks, and support strategic decision-making across the business.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain FX process documentation in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Design and implement internal control frameworks to prevent accounting errors and system/process failures.
Monitor and validate FX exposures and related impacts, ensuring timely issue identification and resolution.
Oversee reconciliations across trading systems, accounting platforms, and reporting tools.
Lead accurate, timely FX results, reporting and provide insights to support decision-making.
Drive optimization and automation of FX processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Partner with IT, Finance, and Product teams to ensure system integrity and resolve FX‑related technical issues.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations on FX controls.
Act as the main point of contact for compliance and regulatory inquiries related to FX operations.
Provide guidance and training to teams on FX processes, controls, and best practices.
Required Skillset & Experience
Core Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.‑solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.‑paced environment.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of FX accounting principles and P&L drivers.
Experience with treasury systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, FXall, Atlas).
Knowledge of internal control frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in FX, accounting, or risk management roles.
3+ years in a managerial or control-focused position.
Professional experience in FX operations, accounting, and risk governance.
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
