🔖 Ihre Mission

Als Fund Accountant werden Sie:

• Genau Nettoinventarwert (NAV) Berechnungen gemäß lokalen GAAP/IFRS, internen Verfahren und ISAE3402 Standards durchführen.

• Zweitlevel-Kontrollen durchführen und hochwertige Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufrechterhalten.

• Operationelle und finanzielle Risiken identifizieren und managen, um einen einwandfreien Service zu gewährleisten, der den Erwartungen der Kunden entspricht.

• Kundenanfragen unterstützen und zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung beitragen.

📌 Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Liefern Sie Null-Fehler-Qualität NAV-Berechnungen.

• Führen Sie Abstimmungen (Bargeld, Wertpapiere, ausgegebene Aktien) durch und untersuchen Sie Abweichungen.

• Überwachen Sie ausstehende Posten und eskalieren Sie bei Bedarf.

• Validieren Sie Preisdifferenzen unter Verwendung genehmigter Preisquellen.

• Stellen Sie eine rechtzeitige NAV-Veröffentlichung sicher und unterstützen Sie alle Ereignisse im Fondslebenszyklus (Starts, Deaktivierungen, Liquidationen).

• Verwalten Sie operationelle Risiken mit Self-Risk-Assessment-Tools und melden Sie Probleme umgehend.

• Bereiten Sie Dokumentationen für den Jahresabschluss vor und antworten Sie den Prüfern innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen.
