Job Description

In order to enrich its existing state of the art products with new modules and functionalities for our clients, MAINSYS is looking for a functional analyst who will:

· present and defend the current product features to our clients,

· identify with these clients the gaps between our standard functionalities and the client’s needs,

· analyze and document the new features according to our analysis methodology and documentation framework,

· support the developers while implementing those new modules,

· verify the good quality of the delivered application,

· follow-up the delivery of it to the (multiple) client(s) until the application is in production,

· support our clients to adopt and use the application.

We coach our new Functional analysts and provide them with trainings adapted to the context of the projects and aiming at developing the required skills, both in IT and around the banking applications.

Your Profile

You hold a master degree or equivalent through experience.

You have between 0 and 5 years of experience in functional analysis.

You speak French and/or Dutch and are proficient in English.

You have good communication skills, a very good analytical mind, and a real sense for the details.

You’re willing to work in a team and make you available to anyone that would have questions for you.

You are not afraid to acquire/enrich some technical skills in order to perform the tasks.
