Saily is a product forged within Nord Security that provides eSIM service for travelers and explorers. It helps to save on roaming, removes the hassle of finding local SIM cards, and protects traveler data from local internet service providers. The product is growing rapidly and with it, its team - we’re hiring competent Engineers to help us navigate this growth and ensure we’re providing the best possible value to our customers.

Role overview:
We are seeking a self-sufficient, full-stack individual to map, analyze, and streamline the tasks that consume the most time across our organization. You will identify high-impact manual workflows, propose automation solutions, and implement them to free up bandwidth for our team.

Why this role is important:
By automating our most time-consuming tasks - you will directly impact our operational efficiency and enable our teams (POs, marketing, support) to focus on strategic work rather than manual processes.

Main Responsiblities :
• Conduct a Saily-wide Audit of repetitive or time-intensive tasks (e.g., reduce time of pricing updates for Product people);
• Index and document workflows such as ticket summaries (e.g., from our CyberCare system) and information aggregation (e.g., from Reddit);
• Prioritize the tasks that most significantly impede productivity and design automation strategies to eliminate or streamline them;
• Execute automation projects, covering end-to-end delivery (analysis → design → implementation → monitoring);
• Expand automation to smaller, frequent tasks—e.g.:
• Scheduling meetings with participants at the earliest possible time and in the most convenient available meeting room;
• Creating Jira tickets directly from discussion threads or chat logs;
• Work independently, managing competing priorities and delivering solutions with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate full-stack capabilities: from understanding operational workflows to designing technical solutions and deploying them in production

Core Requirements: :
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (Saily uses Golang for BE, React for FE, some Python for non-standard cases);
• Strong understatement of data analysis and data pipelines
• Analytical and project management skills;
• Good understanding of start-up environment;
• High level of independence and ownership, can-do attitude.
