As a French-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will provide excellent assistance to French-speaking players, ensuring their issues are promptly addressed and their gaming experience remains enjoyable. Your passion for gaming and excellent communication skills will help maintain a positive and inclusive gaming community.
Responsibilities
• Provide timely and professional support to French-speaking players through email, chat, and social media channels.
• Investigate and resolve account, gameplay, and technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex player issues and improve overall satisfaction.
• Collect and relay player feedback to Riot Games' development teams to enhance the gaming experience.
• Promote a welcoming and supportive community through empathetic communication.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest game updates, trends, and Riot Games products.
The package includes fully paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly specified in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and customer support skills.
• Experience in player support or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and gaming platforms is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
