In this dynamic role, you will assist our French-speaking users as they navigate our ride-sharing platform, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in French through phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries related to ride-sharing services, bookings, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Gather user feedback to help improve our services and user experience
• Stay updated on app features and industry trends to provide informed support
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the tech or transportation sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ride-sharing apps and technologies is a plus
