Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with marketplace navigation, product inquiries, and transaction issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Guide customers on best practices for using our platform
• Gather feedback to help improve customer support and service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about platform updates and policies
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support tools is a plus
