Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to mobile banking features, applications, and account management
• Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our customer support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues effectively
• Provide guidance on best practices for using mobile banking services securely
• Gather client feedback to improve our services and offerings
• Participate in training to stay updated on product features and banking regulations
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
